Each gym will be hosting one competition on the dates above. Sign up at each respective gym. Each competition includes two full courses! These courses will be designed and built to test each athlete's skill at overcoming obstacles, and have individual time limits, but the format makes it beginner-friendly, so if you love American Ninja Warrior and dream of being on the show one day this is a great way to start your journey!
These competitions will be for all experience levels. For all other divisions: your athlete's age on September 15th 2024 will determine their age division for the whole Season; even if they have a birthday later.
Competitors don't need to compete at every tournament, but each competitor will need to score 12 points to qualify for the Finals at Traverse. Each competition will have two obstacle courses with an individual time limit. Each course has 6 obstacles, and athletes will score one point for every completed obstacle. There is no limit to falls - if you fall, keep going until you have attempted every obstacle or run out of time. This is why our BANL comps are such a hit with new ninjas! It is possible to score all 12 points in a single qualifier, with two perfect runs on two obstacle courses. However, this is as challenging as it sounds, so if your athlete dreams of competing in the Finals at Traverse, we recommend planning to compete at least twice.
NO TRYOUTS ARE NEEDED - anyone who is age 6+ can register to compete.
Divisions will run in separate heats, so look for an email in the last few days with your athletes exact run time (All families are welcome to come earlier than their heat to strategize/cheer and stay later to watch the other divisions fly through the course!
We recommend bringing your best athletic shoes and clothing, and a water bottle.

Your age group is determined by your age at the start of the season, SEP 15, 2024. The age groups are 6-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17, & 18+.
